- **Billy can speak** - 3 random phrases shown (mix of flirt/normal/rude) - all same purple color so you can make mistakes!

**Question System:**
- Noi asks 12 different questions (randomly selected)
- 3 answers shown per question - all same purple color
- ✅ Correct answer: +8 affection, +5 happiness
- ❌ Wrong answer: -10 affection, -8 happiness

**Phrase Types (all look the same - purple buttons):**
- Flirt phrases: +5 affection, +5 happiness
- Normal phrases: +2 affection, +2 happiness  
- Rude phrases: -12 affection, -10 happiness (trap!)
