Fixed the game:

1. **Movement now works** - joysticks were functional but enemies were blocking properly
2. **Enemies don't auto-shoot anymore** - removed automatic shooting from the enemy update loop
3. **AI shoots less aggressively** - increased shoot timer from 60 to 120 frames and added 70% chance check
4. **Better spawn positions** - enemies spawn in corners/edges instead of randomly clustering

Try it now - you can move with left joystick, aim with right joystick, and tap FIRE button to shoot.
